
When Is My Payment Due?
Full payment for bicycle tours must be made when you make your reservation.
Will I Receive A Refund If I Cancel?
Our cancellation policy is in place to protect the investments of other guests on the tour. If you wish to cancel your tour, you must submit your request to us in writing by email or postal mail.
For our ONE DAY BIKE RIDES we will provide a 90% refund when you cancel more than 20 days prior to a tour starting date. We will provide a 50% refund when you cancel 10 to 20 days before a tour. No refund will be given for cancellations received less than 10 days before the tour starting date.
For our MULTI-DAY BIKE TOURS we will provide a 90% refund when you cancel more than 60 days prior to a tour starting date. We will provide a 50% refund when you cancel 30 to 60 days before a tour. No refund will be given for cancellations received less than 30 days before the tour starting date.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS to this cancellation policy, including for reasons related to weather, terrorism, civil strife, personal, family or medical emergencies or any other circumstances beyond our control. For this reason, you may want to purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance.
How difficult are your rides?
Our bicycle tours are designed for people who are physically active and in reasonable condition. Therefore, good physical health is essential for the enjoyment and safety of our tours. By registering for an event, you certify that you do not have any physical or other conditions that would create a hazard for you or other participants or impact the enjoyment of others on the tour.
Are A Minimum Number Of Cyclists Needed For A Bike Tour?
Our bicycle tours require a minimum number of cyclists to operate. If a tour must be cancelled we will allow you to join another one of our tours or we will provide a full refund. We will make every effort to notify you well in advance of a cancellation.

** Terms and fees for the Bridges & Vines Bicycle Tour are established by the United Way of Ashtabula County. The Road Ahead Bicycle Tours manages the event for the United Way.
